PPCF acted as lead advisor to the vendor and the Company on the debt funded Management Buyout, led by Andrew Preston the Group MD and other members of the senior management team. PPCF structured the buyout and assisted with the raising of debt from Manchester based Tosca Fund, and additional working capital facilities from Santander, both of which were used to support the transaction and fund the future growth of the business.
